    LED upgrade, now throwing codes

Hahaha..it’s been a nice run with minimal issues. I’m willing to take some of the abuse going into my next 100k miles…

    LED upgrade, now throwing codes

Hmmmm…so I also see that I have a small evap leak code as well. GASCAP error showed up a couple days ago and apparently after clearing it twice it’s still there… now I guess I have another issue. 🤦‍♂️

    LED upgrade, now throwing codes

A week ago I replaced the stock headlights with some 7” Rough Country LEDs. All was fine for a week, but recently I have started throwing codes. It does nothing to the headlight performance; they work just fine. The codes are: B1638 right hi beam circuit high B1634 left hi beam high B162C left...

    Rotopax..

Yep, thank you. I was unaware there were two positions for the bracket. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rotopax..

I ordered mine directly from Rotopax. Their customer service is top notch. I don’t like ordering off Amazon. I got the Fuelpax and then ordered a water Rotopax for my camper trailer. I ordered the Jeep spare tire mount directly from Rotopax as well. The only thing I had to get off Amazon was the...

Strange noises manual tranny/ transfer case seepage?

So I have a 13 JKU that has about 85k on it. In the past year I have noticed a strange metallic vibration sound coming from under the Jeep while driving in 1st and sometimes in second; more prevalent when I am cruising around slowly in a parking lot or at a fast food drive thru (that's really...

Need some assistance with wiring cube LED's

Ok, so I found a little pre-existing hole that was filled with foam that goes from under the driver’s side cowl right into the cab behind the dash. In order to access it, I had to remove the side dash cover on the driver’s side. Once I reamed out the foam with a screwdriver, I was able to fish...

Need some assistance with wiring cube LED's

So I am just curious as to how some people have wired their exterior LED's INSIDE the Wrangler cab. I want a nice clean place to install the rocker switch that won't involve a lot of work. I was thinking of just placing the switch on the pillar next to the driver, but am open to suggestions. I...

CARNAGE!! Let's See Your Best Breaks & Trail Damage

Back before I got rock rails, I got hung up on a berm and snapped my stock running boards. Guess they're not designed for that kind of abuse. ;) The force also flexed the sheet metal.

    Driveshaft maintenance?

I was wanting to perform maintenance on my stock driveshafts. I hear they need to be greased on a regular basis, but I haven't seen any writeups on this anywhere. Not sure if it only applies to aftermarket shafts. If so, what type of grease and what's the skinny on this?

Hey Eddie, what video editor do you use?

I am wanting a side upcoming retirement hobby and have always been interested in video editing. I am running Final Cut Pro on my Mac, but was curious what software you like to use. I like the transitions and some of the other effects you use that I have a hard time properly creating on FCP. Have...

Type of jack for all-around in-Jeep use?

So I noticed that the included scissor jack that came with my Jeep is useless and now with the leveling kit is reaching the end of the limit of travel. So what is everyone using for a standard jack (on pavement) for their lifted Jeeps? Should I just carry something around to lift the jack...

    Rear bumper with stock/cut fenders

I run the EVO fascia with flat fenders. I was not sure how it would look when I first ordered it. But now that it's on, I love the look. I bedlined the gap under the tailgate recently to make it blend better.

OK, there HAS to be a better solution....

So for those who know I have had a nagging clutch issue for quite some time, that I have narrowed down (thanks to this forum) to the clutch slave. It's been replaced once, but continues to make ungodly noises when the clutch is depressed and released, and makes me worried it will fail at the...

    EVO MFG Rear Bumper Fascia

Love this thing. Looks great and is a lot better than that nasty plastic mess that was on there. Painted the seam below the tailgate with some bedliner. Going to get the D-ring mounts when I get some extra scratch.

    Evo fascia...

Little spray-on bedliner...much better. Thanks for the idea guys.

    Evo fascia...

Anyone have any advice on what they have done to the painted area below the tailgate that is now exposed with the fascia? I have seen some people just hit it with some flat black paint. Just seems like there is too much Commando Green going on down there.
