Had to notch the frame for control arm clearance. The driver's side notch is done and needs to be boxed. I'm doing a whole side at a time to keep from weakening the frame too much. Sent from my SM-G950U using WAYALIFE mobile app

Didn't get a lot of time to work on the cj today. I at least took off both knuckles and drilled them to 23/32th then reamed them to 3/4. The reamed was too long so I had to take it out of the vise and setup on the table. Turned an already sketchy setup even sketchier. I made a couple 10°...

Presses on the axle seal, set the pinion preload and pinion nut torque. Welded on the hydraulic ram clamp feet. This axle is almost done, I think... I used an old bearing out race to press in the new seal. I was getting frustrated trying to tap it in with a hammer. It worked amazingly well...
