    Welded the yoke together. Installed it on to my transfer case and put my transfer case back in after remembering I forgot a gasket. Installed the front drive shaft. Did an full extension test, the splines didn't move.

    Got the yoke figured out. I made a nut to help press the new yoke inside the old machined yoke flange.

    I knew the new yoke for the front drive shaft wasn't going to fit as is but I knew I could make it work with the stock flange and a half round yoke. I took the flange to work and cut it to size, turned the outer diameter concentric with the spline diameter and bored the inner diameter .002"...

    I finally remembered to make some reservoir spacers for my coilovers. I uses some scrap plastic we had laying around at work.

    I cut a roof and cut some new floor pans and tweaked the new and old ones for fit. The transmission dipstick needed a support since it's so long, about 4 feet long!

    Finished and painted both sides of the firewall and started on the floor pans. The new pieces need a little tweaking on the fit.

    Almost finished with the fire wall. Took out the seats to get ready to make floor pans

    Typical Washington weather, raining until next May. It gave me a chance to get some work done on filling the holes I cut in the fire wall.

    Getting fluids put in. Power brake vacuum line is in. Picked up some material for floor pans and belly skid plate.

    Driver's side is done. I'll grinder everything clean once I've finished with the whole fire wall.

    Pulled a dent out of the front bumper and capped the ends off. Made a grill support that won't interfere with the coilovers. Started fixing the hole in the fire wall where the cage transitions into the shock hoops.
