I was finally able to take the buggy out for a test run on the trail. It was overheating due to a bad belt. I found some other issues to fix, mostly minor. Replaced the belt.

Got the sway bar in

Mounted the transmission shifter.

Got a little more work done. Made a mount for my power steering reservoir tip over valve and mount both of them.

Its night and day difference. I can hear myself think now lol.

Got some work done. Decided it needed a muffler so I don't go deaf. Found a muffler I liked and a y pipe to equalize the pressure between the heads. I had to go with a single due to the space I had to work with.

Finally got the buggy out of the garage, it had leaked from the tranny dipstick and cooler lines. I put in o rings in the cooler line case fittings and that fixes it. The dipstick needed a new grommet. Street tested it the next day. The belt for the water pump broke resulting I. It over...

Been busy getting some new machines put in the shop. A 1D Cincinnati toolmaster and 15" leblond regal. Got back to work on the buggy. Got the exhaust in, it needs mufflers. Got the bump stops and limit straps put in in the rear.

Finished bump stop and truss pad on the driver side and half done with the passenger side.

Got back to work on getting the buggy out of my garage. Been busy with other projects. Made some frame mounts for the front bump stops and a pad to go on the truss.

I'm really happy with how everything came out

Machined a new bushing for the drum support, got a new motor, controller box and ratcheting pawl assembly. Got it mounted to the buggy.

Been getting the buggy's new winch rebuilt. New brakes and seals, going to need the ratchet pawl rebuilt and a new control box.

Figured out the winch situation. I sold the old m8000 and picked up a warn 8274. It'll need a rebuild nut it's complete and had the ratcheting brake.

We had a pretty bad snow storm for this area which caused all packages to be delayed. Finally got the rest of my tabs for my limit straps and my transmission shifter

Got half the tabs I need for the limit straps, going to start on them soon. Picked up a new zeon 10 for my TJ and going to use my old m8000 as a place holder until I figure out what I want to do with it.
