That’s funny cause when I lived there (California) mid eighties to mid nineties the consensus was all the NYrs moving there were ruining the once great state. Now they e destroyed it and are moving out and like locusts they will destroy wherever they end up.

I think I remember it’s supposed to help prevent the front tire from intruding into the passengers footwell in an accident. Don’t remember what year they started adding that.

I’d imagine the snow load every year is pretty tremendous as well which as you said earlier is a desired aesthetic. I can imagine the work involved here is on the pricier side.

He says the senate finance committee was granted access to SOME files by the Biteme administration that’s how he knew how many wire transfers there were. But I presume they never got around to any of the names those transfers were going to or coming from. So really la Dee dah.
