Love finding those kind of places. Found a cool place outside Tempe, AZ a few years ago and they were making their own gin variants - had 2-1/2 or 5 gallon glass jugs on the shelves with the different botanicals in them. Not only looked really cool but the flavors & aromas were fantastic
