    Angry eyes?

And how I did mine. http://wayalife.com/showthread.php?t=13157 Some people don't like angry eyes, but I love making my jeep look pissed off.

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

I was fishing in bishop, California with my dad and brother all weekend, and we saw this siting there all weekend. Don't worry- it already had dual front shocks. No drivetrain at all. Just driveshaft and axles. Blank slate ready for your personal touch. Maybe we should convince Lee...

    Pr44 question

    Here's a couple pics from a recent trip to Tillamook ad Steve's carnage with a pr44 on 40s. http://wayalife.com/showthread.php?t=24404. Somewhere on page 10 there are pics I wouldn't recommend 40s on a 44.

    JKUR 2015 Build

I am very confused by those links. I love that the g2 is made in USA, but in each spec list, They have contradicting info.. First in the description, they say 1/4" tuning- and in the specs, 5/16 tubing And then it says 3/8 thick brackets but in specs says 1/4. ?? What is it?

Largest tire size for Dana 30

When someone says wheeling the shit out of it.... I think this... Mel wade #4451 in his street legal jk during KOH qualifiers. I didn't even consider it "wheeling the shit out of it" when I took my trailer up a few trails recently. Try something like that with your 30 and see how...

Largest tire size for Dana 30

Fair enough. That's what I did for a while. But I got sick of fixing broken axle parts, so I went one ton. And it's not hard to break them if you get in the right (wrong) spots. This is my front d60 shaft after I got under an undercut rock and it just popped. Not wheeling hard in my...

Largest tire size for Dana 30

The little one is bigger than a d30. It's a d35. Just so you know how tiny those things are.

I would've posted this under "cool jeeps you've parked by". But I don't think it's cool at all. It's so ugly I was embarrassed it still said jeep on the back. 😳

I had a warn full floater kit on the rear of my Tj before I swapped to a real axle. They claim that because the axle shaft is no longer carrying the weight, it is stronger. Also, if you break a shaft, you don't have the whole wheel/axle shaft slide off. It came in handy a few times when I...

She just sent me this. one touched down about 5 miles away but mostly hail and wind damage here. Two more did in Tulsa. One took out a trailer park and killed one person then another flattened some businesses but everyone was ok.

    Winching 101

I end up in the local mountains pulling people out of the snow every winter, and very few of them have good tow points. With a hook, I can just clip it onto the frame 90% of the time. Not sure what you'd do with the factor 55. Maybe run a strap around the frame? Also- I hear you on the...

    winch line abrasion guard questions

I used to have a 10' piece on my line.. Pretty much don't need it when winching yourself. The line doesn't move wen you are winching yourself.... Your jeep moves toward the stationary line. So it doesn't really need anything. I don't have mine anymore- that's how little I used it!
