Sockets, breaker bar, torque wrench, wrenches, rubber mallet, small sledge hammer, vice grips, plyers, hex & star bits, and an assortment of screw drivers should take care of most things that ail ya imho.
A 20,000 lb strap is plenty (just make sure it doesn't have any metal hooks on it) & the Walmart special ($35) today ain't bad...
