I see a lot of should I regear or not here. There are charts everywhere for a JK, but I have never seen one for a JL. I picked this up at EJS and thought it might help someone out.I want to give credit for this to Yukon, they did all the work.

WTH is this?

I don't know if others eat beef ribs but they're popular down here. Kosher salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. That's it. About 8 hours at 225 and they are butter tender. These were a little fatter than I prefer but still good with Shiner Bach.
