    Mystery Clunk Wednesday

Thanks y'all! I yellow stripped all my bolts and every single one is intact and I didn't see any scratches on the sides of them to indicate movement. I'll go back through them tough. It also just occurred to me that I didn't look to see if I had a bad control arm bushing. Is that even a thing?

    Mystery Clunk Wednesday

OH, I thought it was the spare tire winch thingy so I zip tied some gutter guard foam to it so its not clanging around.

    Mystery Clunk Wednesday

Hey Y'all! I've developed a loud clunking sound and for the life of me I can't figure out what it is. Please watch this short YT video and tell me what you think? I don't see anything in the suspension that matches it. My truck did get vandalized and they (supposedly) took the bed off to...

Loose spongy brake on my jeep

Hey there. Like everyone's saying the factory brakes work well, but they don't feel great. If you want to chase down every angle, you do have a 5/6 year old vehicle. Maybe the brake fluid is fried. You can get these test strips from a car parts shop for like $8. You just open the fluid...

Please help ! Front and rear differential fluid question ?

Nice work! The first time you do stuff like that it can be intimidating. Sounds like you killed it! If you got any oil on your axle or drive way spray it down with Simple Green. That stuffs like magic.

Can anyone recommend a rear bumper for JT that is designed to have a rear winch

I was solo and ran a mud pit id done 100 times. well, I sank. Did some annoying damage 2 hours later when my neighbor dragged me out. Bad. Be careful out there.

What bumpers do you all run?

I can’t remember if it was on here or JLWrangler, but one dude got the winch mounting plate, dremelled out the plastic bumper and it looked awesome. I’m still running the plastics. I figure I can get a replacement cheap off all you guys who upgrade! I also like all the fancy orange Mojave tow...

    High pitched whine at 65?

While I know posting YouTube links is frowned upon, I uploaded an attempt to record the sound. You can’t hear it too well, but give it a listen and tell me what you think?

PSA: '21 builds may have '20 bolt sizes....

Hey team! When I got my tires done I found out that Jeep had some kind of a production split and there's technically an 'early 21' and 'late 21' (June of 2020 was the build cutoff) on the TPMS sensors and they're different frequencies. I did my lift in October and just noticed that I lost an...

    High pitched whine at 65?

OK the plot thickens. I dumped the diffs today even though its only been like 6000 miles. A good bit of fine metal on the drain plug magnet but nothing solid came out. Everything seems fine there. On my test drives though I realized that yaw of the jeep affects it and it seems to get louder...

    RPM Steering Aluminum Control Arms

Synergy is 100% solid. I've run their stuff on my last 2 jeeps and my neighbor is running their parts on 2 Dodge 2500s. Watch a few of the Wayalife YouTube videos that their jeep comes on. They friggin beat on it and noting breaks.

    High pitched whine at 65?

Hey there. I’ve recently developed a high pitched whine that you start to hear around 60mph, crescendos around 65, and then kind of goes away. If I’m at 65 and take my foot off the throttle it goes away. Foot back on and it’s instantly back. I checked everything visually and it all looks good...

4 Wheel Parts Was Sold & Stores Closing?

Thats an official Polaris press release saying they sold TAD to Wheel Pros so it looks like wheel pros owns the whole shebang. I didn't realize they owned KMC, Rotiform, Black Rhino, Fuel, American Racing, and ReadyLift. What's weird is that the post says there's a new store with a new name...

4 Wheel Parts Was Sold & Stores Closing?

The 4 Wheel Parts Store in Raleigh posted this to their IG this morning. 4WP was part of a conglomerate of after market parts businesses (called ans American Auto Parts) owned by Polaris who sold it to Wheel Pros. Any other stores closing? Here’s a press release I found, but I couldn’t find...

    New Engine after P0300

Sorry to hear about it. I'm sure it sucks, but at least they're just going to throw a whole engine at it rather than rebuild, fail, rebuild, fail, etc. If I was in your boat this is what I'd want. Do you have a case with Jeep Cares open? It might be worth it to call them as they can help get...
