Random (non-Jeep) Shit You’re Working On....

Nice! There must still be some valve or junction which is producing the turbulence and thus the noise. It would be good to identify it. Perhaps replacing that part would remove the source of the noise.

    Another howdy from Texas

This sounds really paranoid, as if the people who do know, do not already know. There is a vast amount of data available on almost all of us, and "they" even know when you wake up and go to bed. Indeed, your phone, TV, and Jeep, are likely listening to you, with a pretense of being available to...

    Best motor oil/filter

It is interesting to watch the JL (with 2.0L Turbo engine) oil pressure on the dash. From this, I have noticed that when the engine is lightly loaded, the oil pressure is low but it ramps up quickly if climbing a hill. With the 2.0 Turbo, the engine RPMs barely change. I surmise that either the...

    Another howdy from Texas

Very strange photos! The first shows that it is very steep where you are. The second appears to be somehow levitated over some shimmery substance. The third has some crazy off-road lightning on top which appears similar to a street light. 🤣 Welcome from Texas (and Arizona)!

Future wave down under, temporary farewell to all that I’ve met.

Toyota is king of off-road there. The crazy restrictive Australian laws prevent doing the type of modifications we enjoy here. 35" is usually largest tire there since they limit the size increase based on what came from the factory. Expect to have to prove vehicle weights after modifications or...

Perhaps we should hope that she becomes the Democrat candidate so that there is finally an opportunity for conservative candidates. It seemed to work out well for Trump!

Maybe Legrand brand? They have receptacles in this pattern. The pattern seems more compact, as long as normal power cords are used rather than transformers...

Someone just tried to assassinate Trump

In recent times, we have encountered issues with finding gasoline, toilet paper, and eggs. These were due to relatively minor disruptions. Imagine if something major were to happen. At one time our country was based on many smaller communities, which mostly provided for themselves, with their...

Please don't tell me that I am wrong again, but this looks like excellent work to me! Is the lighter color of the doors due to being fresher wood, or is the wood on the walls in some way different?

Pet Peeves - What Pisses You Off?

Hornets really suck too. I was attacked twice by small ground-based hornets (at least I think they were hornets) while mowing the lawn. My legs turned purple. I could barely see them due to my glasses. I severely toxified their hole, and then they were gone.

Wüsthof or Global (as @Brute uses) seem like the best way to go for culinary knives. We have Wüsthof and they have been utterly flawless for a great many (>20 years) already.

Someone just tried to assassinate Trump

If this can happen in Russia, it could also happen in the USA. Our domestic bases are sitting ducks, protected by a minimum of security. Really, the USA in general is extremely vulnerable to attack, and is as vulnerable as it has been at any point in history. Besides military bases, our...
