I didn't trust the swr on the 29 so I bought a swr meter to compare to they are really quite accurate

Each time checking swr put the top back on and be in vehicle away from anything around the truck

I run a single fiberglass of the back take the tip off and remove a quarter of a turn at a time this will bring swr down

Fought mine to the hilt tune your antenna and you'll be fine
