I used to not wear one, when i lived in wisconsin. I have ridden for almost 11 years now and I got in my first accident on my bike. A guy ran a red light.. thankfully i was wearing a helmet because I live in cali now. If i wasnt wearing one.. I would of been in the same state as that patient...
