    Wheel balancing issue

I recently fitted new MT tires. Previously I never had any steering wobble (the quick left right left right left right shaking). Since the new tires I get this wobble between 80km/h till about 95km/h. I had the tire dealer rebalance the front tires yesterday, but still got the wobble, actually...

Federal Couragia MT tyre road noise review

Just an update on MT tire noise. I fitted Federal Couragia MT's yesterday, size 285/70R17 By the look of the tread I was expecting a lot of noise and was ready to turn up the volume. But to my surprise, I hardly heard the tires at all, theres a "noticeable" hum/buzz, but seriously hardly noisy...

    Cambolt installation

Tonight Im installing my Rubicon Express cambolts. I have been suffering with DW for about 3-4weeks now and Ive had enough. Ive checked all joints, bolts alignment balancing etc. As soon as I take the lift out, DW disappears, so we have come to the conclusion it must be caster related. I...

    265/70R17 vs 285/70R17

Is a 265/70R17 MT tyre worth it on a JKU Rubicon? Will it look funny, will it perform almost as well as a 285/70R17? 265/70R17 - Falkon R405 = R2200 ($180) per tyre 285/70R17 - Federal Couragia = R3075 ($250) per tyre My work might get me new tyres because for 3 days someone has been putting...

    DIY Adjustable swaybar links

Is it wise or even possible to convert the stock swaybar links into adjustable links? I cant seem to find any here in South Africa and would like to hear your thoughts on converting them. I made a basic drawing as to how I would think to go about it, and if you guys recon it is safe, Id like to...

    Fox Performance Series shocks

I may be ordering Fox Performance Series shocks to go with my 2" spacer lift. I will get the BDS coils later on in the year. Will I need new bump stops, or will the stock ones work fine? I will manufacture my own break line extension brackets.

    Death wobble after 2.5' lift

Ok so the topic has been mentioned many times before. I went through most of them and did as best as possible as recommended. I however still have a wobble when hitting a bump or "hole". I never had the issue before the lift, I recently installed a 2' spacer lift, no shock extensions no...

Hi Guys, I got spacers from a friend of mine and installed them last night. The front spacer is 2.5' and the rear 1.75'. My Jeep looks great and drives normally. If I get longer shocks or shock relocation brackets, how much longer do I need to make the bump stops? Do I get 2.5' in the front...
