So I was lagging on painting the corners until I noticed they were already starting to discolor with lite rust, busted out the spray cans and a couple decals and this is how they turned out.

Thanks guys! I was really skeptical on building them myself and how they would turn out, but being that my options were limited I went for it. Still need to clean up the lines and I'll be painting them black in the mean time till I can color match. Here's a better side shot.

also decided to give a go at building some corner armor, went with 1/8 in order to adopt EVO's concept of wrapping the ends around, "being that I dont own any fancy bending equipment" heres the cardboard cut out I started with and after going through a bunch of cutoff wheels

so update, I've gotten a lot done these last couple of weekends, Installed some stainless steel brake lines front/rear, thanks WAL for the great write ups by the way! :) I also took the jeep in for an alignment and received some bad news, turns out my rear axle is slightly bent from the...

Did abit more work on my build yesterday. Installed some JKU E-Brake cables and new 1310 Adams driveshaft up front I'll be installing front/rear extended brake lines and trimming the rear body panels this weekend ... finally:crazyeyes:

bummer :( I was going to give them a call aswell, might just have to make the drive over. Its drivable and pretty much finished up, it just needs the bumpstops and abit more trim for tire clearance. we were figuring out how to re-install the stock swaybar but after driving it I dont think it'll...

cycled the suspension, everything looking good. :thumb: now to figure out how to mount the coilovers :thinking: due to the track bar it looks like we wont be able to mount them far back enough through the tub to clear it and might loose the rear seat. :hmm: .. thats not something I'd like...
