Praise whomever was the first to cut the JK fenders! Took a lot longer than expected, but way worth it in the end. I know a lot of you guys do this mod already, but it's my first time and I feel it came out great! Oh and I also removed the hood spring! Haha

Ya, I was leaning towards the pass side too. Thanks roughrider, I saw your post after I already cut. I'll try and remove the spring and see if that cures the flutter. Spending money on hood bling isn't what I had in mind so early on in the build haha

Ok.. So I got my new wheels and tires installed today by NorthRidge4X4 and am in love. Hats off to Michael at Northridge for helping me out and getting these mounted and done while I waited. They even cut my Rubi guards to make room. I went with the Nitto 35" m/t with the Method 17"...

I just installed the 1/4 pounder and have stock fenders and wheels with the Evo leveling kit and i think it makes the jeep look soooo much better. Of course it will look complete with a wench, cut fenders and tires. But hey! Also, my wife hated it when I installed it. Once i explained what it's...

1/4 pounder went in pretty easily. Hardest part was for sure cutting the lower support bar protecting the factory sway bar. NOTE: 2015 have lots of extra support and require cutting of all 3 sides. Also installing the Evo plush leveling kit was a breeze and looks great. I am really happy...

Here's the new leather! Turned out really good. I do like the factory cloth seats a lot so I had them keep the covers in tacked just in case. But the simple clean up of dog hair is a must for me! And thanks, so far I love it

So I made a trip to Northridge 4X4.... Gunna make for a fun weekend!

Ok, so I am officially starting a new thread for my new 2015 unlimited Rubicon build. Currently I am all over the place what direction to go with this, so for now, I'll be doing modest upgrades. Here is a photo when I picked it up.

I say go for it and see what happens. I predict you'll be putting some tires on the old CC asap! If nothing else it will keep you moving forward Evo leaving kit with stock wheels and tires.
