Here's a picture of the welds. It's kinda hard to see the denting from this pic but trust me I was headed for some problems.

After the obstacle coarse at Jeep Beach I noticed the spot weld on the inside of my tailgate were pulling from the weight of my spare so I picked up an OR Fab tire carrier and tramp stamp. Here are a couple pics of before and after. I like the carrier a lot. No rattles and seems very strong...

Got it done just in time to head to Daytona! All the comforts of home.:thankyou:

Almost forgot to install the back window :crazyeyes:

I made a shower curtain rod today and it stows under the trailer on hangers I made up. :rock:

Interior done! Water system works great and the hot water heater is awesome. :thumb::thankyou::wings::rock::whew: Just in time for JEEP BEACH!!!!!

Moving right along now...... finishing stretch. 12 volt system complete. All I need to do is hook up the sink drain and test the water system for leaks and fire up the hot water heater. Next is cabinet sliders, a cover for the water heater rubber floor mat and the fold down bed. :wings:

110 volt system done. All plumbing done except sink drain. new counter top and bed platform cut. Getting closer to Jeep Beach....self imposed pressure is ON:icon_crazy:

Today I made a front rack and cleaned up the whole deal. :thankyou: The center of the rack is stainless

And we have widows! :thumb:

And here they are. Hung the door, installed a latch, shower fixture, water tank and fill.

Lets try that again.

Working my ass off. Almost done with the outside. We have the shower fixtures, water works, hot water heater, power supply and new windows in route. Man this has turned out to be a lot of work.

I don't have the walls screwed on yet cause I have to cut the holes for the windows and cover them with aluminuim.

Thanks killed me locked all week. Tomorrow is my normal day off so after a little searching early the wife and I are headed to a great outdoor range for a little training with our AR's and side arms :rock: Blow off some steam
