    Warn winch help

To me it looks to be a Warn M8000, as I was told by Warn Support recently that the motor ID tag on an M8000 should have the number 16543 or 25314 on it, and yours looks to have the 16543. I also picked up an (early 1980's) 8000 lb Warn a couple of years back, which was in poor condition. I...

    Down Under JKUR (AKA "Bundy")

Building of "Bundy" I've never had anything to do with Jeeps of any kind before, but after watching all the fantastic Wayalife videos, including the JK Experience trips, I was convinced that the JK way of life was for me. I put my Nissan Patrol up for sale, which was a hard thing to do, as I'd...

Tracking or Tracing Jeep Build and Delivery.

I've seen this discussed a few times before, but can't find any info now. I have a new Rubicon ordered, and have just received the VIN number for the vehicle. CB Mounting Position.

I'd love to see some photos of where everyone has mounted their CB's (2-ways). I'm trying to get some ideas on where the best spot is. If this has been covered before, please point me in the right direction, as a number of searches didn't help out.

    Retractable Microphone Holder

I just been watching the Wayalife - MOAB : Pilgrimage to the Promised Land series of videos, and noticed a few of the vehicle fitted with retractable microphone holders on their 2-way radios. Firstly, are these a good idea (pros & cons)? And secondly, is there a particular brand of these...

    The Winch Thread

I can't complain about the price of the rollers, they didn't cost me anything. Mates rates!

    The Winch Thread

When I fitted Dyneema cable to my winch I had a set of nylon rollers made up for my standard fairlead, and these have been working well for the last few years. They have been used many times since, and have past the test of time.
