Re-Gearing time: Best Companies for Ring/Pinion?? It's time for me to begin the search. What are the companies I should be considering for purchasing gears?? Currently I have 3.21 but wanna move to 4.88(or 5.38). Any suggestions?

Hey team! I just got my 35's put on my JKU and I've heard the stock tire carrier will break in a few months. So should I go brand new tire carrier or just get a spacer to fit the factory carrier?? Please advise....
