    Hauling my Jeep

Here's the thing I need a trailer long enough to fit a crew cab long bed truck so a 9900gvw trailer won't cut it. So that's why I'm looking at something 22' long with a minimum 14,000gvw. Here are the specs on the trailer I'm looking at: PJ B6 Superwide Buggy Hauler 6" channel frame 22' long...

    Hauling my Jeep

Congrats. I've asked 4+ dealers for a quote on a PB B6 102"w x 22' and I'm getting quotes for $8-10k. Granted I have anywhere from $1000 to $1500 in upgrade but still seems a little pricey.

    Hauling my Jeep

Why are you concerned about your suspension cycling? What trailer did you ask about and what were the different quotes you received? Also be careful with a deck over as they sit quite a bit higher. Might look into something with drive over fenders that is 102" wide like a PJ B6.

    Hauling my Jeep

There are lots of ways to secure a vehicle but I would never recommend using the d rings on a bumper as the primary restraint. All it's takes is one good bump and the suspension can cycle enough to create slack in the strap causing the load to either shift or become dislodged. That is why I...

Welcome to the TOW RIG THREAD

Nice PJ. Don't see too many drive over fender super wide goosenecks. Most of them are all flat decks or at least a low profile version.

    Hauling my Jeep

One of the best methods I've seen is to drive your vehicle onto the trailer and leave it running. With the vehicle safely in park get out and place a strap around each end of the front axle tube and hook the other end to your trailer d rings. Now get back in and put the vehicle in reverse so...

Towing a Jeep Wrangler with a motorhome

I think you made a wise decision. I have no experience since we have a fifth wheel but we are strongly reconsidering now that we have a Jeep. Looking at moving to a Super C and if that happens I would certainly tow a trailer for a variety of reasons...broken rig, tire wear on Jeep vs trailer...

Evo Pro Series Front Bumper ??

I'm picking up my Savvy in a week. I prefer a clean look compared to most of the others out there but I was also looking at the Evo and Gen Right Ultra. Here a couple photos of the install I found.

    ORE Suspension pictures

They are not close to me and while their hourly shop rate seems a little high everyone I've talked to both on and off the forum raves about their customer service so I'd have no problem driving my Jeep out to them. Well it looks like their rear Evo lever is no longer in play. I really liked...

    ORE Suspension pictures

Need some help here. I am in the process of researching which suspension kit I am going to purchase. My original plan was to run a traditional 4" coil spring kit however the cost difference between that and the bolt on coil over kit is marginal. In addition I have come across a number of members...

Who has experience with this tire?

So it's quite obvious that Nitto and Discovery have a pretty good following on this forum. I'm sure they are deserving of the accolades. I don't have any experience with those tires however I am currently running a set of Toyo Open County MTs on my truck and really like them. The tire that I am...

    Ox locker

They may not be as popular as ARB but for those of you that think ARB is the end all be all consider this. When Dynatrac introduced their JK axle package deals they offered different locker options and OX was one of them. They sold all the OX equipped axles while ARB is still available granted I...

    Suspension travel comparison

Not wanting to derail a certain thread anymore I came across this... ...and so I figured now is as good a time as any to ask. I am not a fan boy of any particular brand had have no allegiance. My Jeep is on order so I am in the 'serious research' phase and am of the mindset that I only want to...

    Control arms. Teraflex or Metalcloak

I found these billet aluminum arms on the Currie website. What does EVO call their billet arms and are they long arms or factory length and what is the price since I can't find them on their website.

They refunded the tax on my order. Kinda feel like I stole the winch lol. That's okay I'm sure I'll get gouged on some other product to make up for it.

    Friendly wave from Yewtah

Hello everyone. Like many that have come before me I have been a long time lurker. Have been a member of another forum Eddie was involved in since 2008 but I've never owned a Jeep...and still don't. However that's about to change. I placed an order for a 2017 Unlimited in Gobi and the mods list...
