So far so good on the 392 radiator keeping the LS cool with only the JK fan rigged in for temporary use. The 392 fan is on national backorder. I wasted money by ordering the cooling package since I didn't use the condenser.

Did you get the issue solved? My Jk LS swap has the same problem.

The 392 radiator has 84 tubes and the JK radiator has 60. Less coolant volume through the 392 tubes since they are thinner. Maybe that is how they are gaining heat transfer in the small size.

I don't see how the small 392 radiator can keep the engine from overheating. It is the same thickness as the 3.8 JK radiator, same width and slightly shorter. They both have a single tube design that is approx. 1" wide. The 392 radiator does have a tube spacing of approximately .235 and the JK...

I would request a schematic and make sure that all of the A/C wires go to the correct locations on the connectors on the new harness also. Especially the under dash harness. It is possible that a mistake was made during the harness assembly.

Is the scan tool turning on the compressor through the GM side only? I would make sure the solder connections have been double checked that tie the Jeep harness to the new harness. Then make sure every crimp connection is tight on the A/C wiring and all grounds on the new harness. If all that is...

I wonder if the Camaro radiator can be adapted to fit since the fan works and is the correct size. I am thinking about trying one with my L96 swap. Making mounts shouldn't be a big deal and the fan will be a direct fit.
