NEED HELP!! Installing LOD Signature Sliders

Currently the 4 bolts next to the big body mounts are off. Not even on the threads. The slider is pushed over the bolts and the big washers.

NEED HELP!! Installing LOD Signature Sliders

Today I am installing my LOD sliders. I am not the most accomplished mechanic but I do have good tools and I have done several mods successfully. I removed the factory rocker guard, removed the appropriate nuts, loosened the body nuts, adjuste the washers, retouched the body nuts, and placed...

And so it Begins... the 392

I crawled up under my 392 today and took a photo of the harness tag (with collision sensors) if you zoom in you can see the part number is P68414891AB I searched for this number with no success Maybe one of you guys can figure out what this harness costs and if it is available

And so it Begins... the 392

Today I have been thinking about this. Certainly if this would work then it would be the easiest to just buy the harness and cut it down for just the license plate lights (and this was my plan). My Jeep has collision sensors on the bumper. I need to figure out what the part number is for the 392...

And so it Begins... the 392

Ok. Just to confirm it looks like the numbers are as follows: 706-333. 1.81 PA66GF25 807-378 Are there any markings on the back side? am I reading these correctly?

And so it Begins... the 392

the only part I need to source is the connector at the body. It looks like a Molex but I am not sure. If you pull yours out if you can post some good pictures wher I can pull the numbers I will see what I can do. I tried to take some photos but I couldn’t get a clear enough picture to read the...

    Beginner Toolkit

Word. With bags, they take up a ton less room. they also tent to grip together and not move around much. In September my girlfriend and I are planning a trip to Colorado for 2 weeks. I told her today, no giant suitcases. Soft bags and rolling duffle bags.

And so it Begins... the 392

Eddie, thanks for all of your comments. I think the Tazer Mini needs to go on my list now. I have watched the video on the bumper removal. I will need to make a disconnect for the license plate lights for the time when our plates change. I wish I could mock up a wiring harness without...

And so it Begins... the 392

Eddie, are there any issues with the Tazer Mini effecting warranty coverage? If you remove the rear bumper, on the 392, how will you deal with the backup sensors in the bumper?

And so it Begins... the 392

Eddie, any updates here? Did you re-calibrate your Speedo? How did you do this? Do you think an aftermarket bumper/tire carrier like LoD where they do some re-location of the camera would fix the collision avoidance? Why did you choose the lift kit you picked over Evo or another brand...

    AEV Rear Bumper

Looking at my rear bumper, I am thinking I want to upgrade this due to potential body damage. With the 392 I am also looking at gas storage options. I am unsure of the protection provided with the AEV bumper but it looks to address my other desires except it is stupid expensive. Can anyone here...

    My Hydro Blue 392

Just got back from a little off road adventure. As I haven’t done any real off roading in around 20 years it was fun but I did have a couple of white knuckle moments when the Jeep was about an inch from the trees. I did get my first mark, bent the crap out of the license plate. Backed over a...

    My Hydro Blue 392

After Eddie posted his photos I decided it was time for me to post some photos of my Jeep and the mods I have done. I picked up my Jeep in Bloomington IL back in early March. Here is a photo of the Jeep when I picked it up. My first mod was to remove the end caps and have the Jeep Ceramic...

I bought the XR to avoid doing any lift. I love the stock wheels to avoid replacing them. And then you do this…. Damnit.

And so it Begins... the 392

Eddie, The look is amazing. I can’t wait for a review of how the 392 changed after the lift and tire upgrade. I am very happy with how my 392XR drives on the highway but I am also happy with the performance off road. I am planning a long trip from Alabama to Colorado in Sept with some off...
