So I got a deal on a Warn 9.5ti on good old CL. Some of the structural bolts and nuts are corroded, and was wondering if anyone had input on the best way to replace them. Take them to a hardware store and just pick some out? Try to order from warn? Trying to make it new again.

So I'm about to pull the trigger on tires. Here's the situation, I bought 2 KM2s off CL with about 85 percent tread. I was thinking I'd use them as spares so I only need to buy 4 new ones, saving some cash. I was quoted close to 1500 for 4 KM2s mounted, balanced and then aligned. So should I...

Installed a tire carrier and soon to be winch.

Got some parts in! AEV tire carrier for my factory bumper. Surprisingly more of a pain in the ass to install then I was hoping. Picked up a Warn 9.5ti. Came with the AEV plate, not sure if it will work with my bumper yet though. I'll post some pics of the installs.

The AEV tire carrier is on its way, and will fit in my factory bumper. Then it will be time to order the tires. I'm thinking about going with the KM2 tires, unless you guys decide you're really liking those Coopers.
