Evo double throw down rear suspension

I can tell you this... If I had it to do over again... I would ditch the fuel tank, go with a triangulated 4 link, chop the frame, and do 16" coilovers into the tub. That is about the only way you are going to beat the EvoLever. I wasn't ready to go to that level at the time.

Evo double throw down rear suspension

I know the rear steer feeling you are talking about. I got it on my TJ that had a triangulated rear setup with no track bar. My JKU feels NOTHING like that.

Evo double throw down rear suspension

I have the Evo long arms with high clearance brackets. I see no reason it wouldn't work with the front bolt on system. Also, Many will do the DTD in the front and only run the coilovers to start. Saves a bit of $$$ if you plan to get the tripple bypasses in the future. The brackets are...

Evo double throw down rear suspension

I assume you are taking about the EvoLever rear suspension? I don't notice any rear steer at all. I have about 20k miles on mine. 14+" of travel. I have no complaints...

VIDEO : HALF DOOR Time for PIPPI

I like it! That upper is a little funky... But I am sure it will grow on me. Do the gladiators come with a half door option?

DYNATRAC SAFETY RECALL on 1550 Steering Knuckles

Well... It took 47 minutes just to remove the knuckles. That is without disassembling the hub. Just removing it.

    Kids and Half Doors

What is this "kids" accessory you speak of? Sounds problematic and messy... I like Brute's rule. Only put things outside the Jeep that you don't want anymore... Hats... Phones... Cameras... Hands... Feet... Whatever.

DYNATRAC SAFETY RECALL on 1550 Steering Knuckles

Nope. They should have sent out notification to as many as they could as soon as possible. When it comes to something like this where it could cause an accident that you could prevent by informing people... Get it out there ASAP.

DYNATRAC SAFETY RECALL on 1550 Steering Knuckles

I will let you know how long it takes. But to answer your question... No. I don't think it is enough. I think a shop would charge 4x that.

DYNATRAC SAFETY RECALL on 1550 Steering Knuckles

Just the locking hub itself? Not long at all if you don't count the time cleaning and adding grease... R&R would be about 5 minutes. There isn't much there.

DYNATRAC SAFETY RECALL on 1550 Steering Knuckles

When I had extra tools and fuel for the Mojave trip I was about 7500 without me in it... Without extra tools and fuel... No doors... No subs... No spare... I think I am about 6000.

DYNATRAC SAFETY RECALL on 1550 Steering Knuckles

For sure! At least the weight is down low... I already have a bit of a complex over how much this thing weighs. You should hear the sounds wooden bridges make when I cross... People make me go last! LOL!

DYNATRAC SAFETY RECALL on 1550 Steering Knuckles

I asked if they were going to cover the cost of alignments... I also asked when they planned to release the recall... Because I had only seen it here... Dynatrac is only covering the $245.00 labor credit for this exchange. And as for the recall, we only started calling customers last Friday to...
