I have the same gaps except the one in the second pic, that one wasn't as bad on mine. I had a 2 friends push on that same corner to close it and I drilled a new nutcert into the back of my jeep thru the xrc fender and my jeep to kind of get it more tucked in although it wasn't as big as yours...
