Yeah that's fair enough mate and atleast on CAD you can get everything to fit perfectly with no wastage? An 8" stretch from what a standard Willys wheelbase? Would you just make your own tube chassis?

I'm not sure where you could find them, could just buy an aftermarket aluminium tub. I have had the same idea going through my head for the last few months, just build a tube frame and mount the Willys body on it, some junkyard Dana 60's and just beat on it, would be pretty cool :)

Brand new 200 series land cruiser chopped into a dual cab with a hell of a lot of money thrown at it.

just taped around the lip then painted where the fender attaches and then one I put my new fenders on I cleaned up under the wheel well and then just sprayed with primer and rustoleum same as what JAGS did and that was about a year ago. Been down plenty of gravel roads and holds up well.

Also on 35's with a standard D30 and wheel as best I can without lockers and no issues so far. Also daily driven. Will be installing prorocks eventually though. Just run it until it breaks buddy.
