The "I don't really have a good name and probably never will" build.

Used a Firestik Firering. Got my SWR meter today and realized that my very clever routing of the cable actually would prevent me from using the EVO HiLift jack mount to actually carry the jack. So I just spent the last thirty minutes unwiring and rewiring it. Ended up using the gate...

Looking for a recent thread about storage bins that fit well in the back of the JKU.

I thought I had subscribed to it but apparently not. The thread was about some really nice looking storage bins that fit well in the back of the JKU with lids that clamped to the bin itself. If anyone remembers that thread or can just remind me what those bins were, I'd appreciate it. My old...

The "I don't really have a good name and probably never will" build.

Okay, got the Cobra WX 75ST installed today. Not sure how long this unopened bag of jerky has been hiding back there! Not sure why some of these are rotated strangely. Can't seem to figure that out. Firestik quick disconnect and spring inbound.

The "I don't really have a good name and probably never will" build.

Not part of the build, per se, but I did need SOMETHING to drive the unibit through the glove compartment for my CB install.

The "I don't really have a good name and probably never will" build.

I have discovered an unpublished benefit of EVO Jeep parts. Every item that you put on your JK that has the EVO name or logo on it increases your snow traction by 2.6%.

Pictures of JKs with leveling kits on 35s

So this is not precisely a leveling kit. It's the TF 2.5" Budget Boost with 35s. With obligatory background mountain vista to make it look more impressive. BTW this only required trimming of the pinch seam, rock slider and the plastic air dam underneath. I never rubbed at all with these...

Here are a couple of the JK on 35s with the 3" Enforcer installed:

The "I don't really have a good name and probably never will" build.

Okay, I finally get to add to my build thread and it is some cool stuff this time around! Dropped my JK off at Trail Jeeps on Valentine's Day and picked it up yesterday. The cleanliness of their shop and the customer service they have there always impresses me. It's worth a long drive to get...

    Telluride CO 2015

In Lake City you have to eat here: As in Alfred Packer. Order the cannibal wings. They're four tasty pork shanks. Awesome.

EVO tire carrier and EVO Hi-Lift jack carrier.

Is anyone running this combination and, if so, would you mind posting up a pic or two? With the rear gate open and closed would be great. ORE's site says that using the two together will limit gate opening somewhat. Thanks in advance.
