    Pinch seem trimming

Definitely keep some water handy. Mine was cut about 2 inches and clears 37s with no issues now.

    CrawlerConceptz

I run their body mounted tire carrier and I am very happy with it. Easy install. Just follow the youtube video step by step. It ships raw and I had mine powder coated white to match the body. No rattle at all and very strong product

Added a few 5.11 Molle pouches to the rear panel. I just need to find some of those quick fists for the shovel. And put all the tools in this duffle bag. Still trying to find a good spot for the hydraulic bottle jack - its a bit too tight where the original scissor jack was..:hmm:

Took it for a test drive today, to make sure everything was tuned in. Went fine, except for the rear pinch seam. I thought I had cut it enough... Nope! The enforcer lift kit worked great with the king shocks. I'm still not sure what setting I want for firmness. I've so far had them at the...

    Dubaibentzen's build of Iceberg

Hehe. Thanks. It was almost ready because I still needed to put the Firestik flag pole holder on. Otherwise it has been ready for quite a while. Now I can wheel in the dunes without being hit by other cars and they can see me on the other side of tall dunes. It's a requirement by many local...

Popped off the top of the gear shifter knob and thought the sticker had to go on the inside (under the clear plastic) It doesn't go under... Just stick it on top. Doh! Anyway - job done and I think it looks alright. Seven slot battalion logo.

No Door Mirrors - Looking for Recommendations

I've previously done the same. They are bit tiny, but it works. And you don't need the vents with the doors off anyway. Super cheap mod.

Organization added! Installed Springtail Solutions side rack with Molle panel today. Now I don't have to be worried about the Powertank rolling around. Easy bolt on and very strong. I got the passenger side version. Might be adding the driver side rack later if I need to fix more stuff.

Yes same technique: mostly jigsaw. Then a dremel in the tight spots and finally a sawzall for the bigger stuff underneath. It's actually pretty easy once you get going. Inner fenders were just pulled with some brute force. The whole operation was over in less than 3 hrs. Here's a photo of the...

On board Air challenge! (Just for fun)

Who's in for a fun challenge? The challenge is to see the times it takes to air down all 4 tires - ready for Offroad. And also to inflate all 4 tires again - ready for Street use. Off course it won't be very scientific. Yes people can cheat and and yes people can post fake times - I know...
