Finally I gave up and took the tire to the tire shop. It took 30 sec with this equipment. Haha. Every home should have one of the machines.

I One down. Had to stop for tonight due to the noise for the neighbors. Will do the other one tomorrow and then some black touch up paint.

Started to take the useless tires off. This image looks familiar.

A friend of mine is installing a JE REEL 1350 heavy duty front driveshaft and the workshop raised a concern. Is it greaseable? With all the sand driving we do here in Dubai, the workshop was worried that it might "dry out"... Is that something to be worried about and what can be done?

As soon as the front bumper is back, this Warn Zeon 8s is being installed.

Off with the stock rear bumper

Yeah, I'm a bit confused on how to powder coat it, when ore says don't use heat. I paid a fortune for the shipping from the US to Dubai, so I don't want to do anything that might mess with the bumper. Could It be because of the weldings, joints or something like that?

I just read on the installation notes from Offroad Evolution that "due to the aluminum properties, heat should not be used when coating or painting"... I guess that eliminates the option to powder coat it? I asked my local powder coating shop, and he said they heat it to 260°C. He could not...

Stock front bumper off

Test drive cancelled! Wheels are rubbing against the stock bumper. Well at least I already have the new EVO aluminum bumper. Off with the stock bumper then...

Front wheels done. All 4 aired up. Torqued the ATX bolts to 22ft/lbs and the lugnuts to 100ft/lbs. Checked & doublechecked. Time for a test drive...

2 done. Phew! Front is now on jack stands. It does take quite some time to do all those bolts.. Waiting to tomorrow to do the next 2 wheels.
