Looking at doing this lift around the beginning of next year and am looking at the different components that I will need to make this all complete.. so I will be buying these parts over the next couple months for when I am able to buy the lift. So the question is will these shocks work with this...

Has anyone adjusted the lifters on there 3.8l jk..? Mine has a tick and sounds like I may have some that need adjusting... it has oil and good oil pressure.. I'm about to change the valve cover gaskets since they have a small leak and see if that helps but while I'm in there I wanna make sure...
