Turns out, I broke more than 3 of my plastic connectors (taking the fender off). Think I broke them all! The tabs should look like this: Mine looked like a "half Christmas" tree! If the rain stops before too much longer, I'll "tear" the fender off and snap some pics of the "O2 Sensor"...

I put the air chuck where you did, great location, angled down and a little aft (so the air hose can connect). I didn't have a chuck cover though ... at least one did not come with the kit. Rubber bands and a sandwich bag for the "temporary bandaid!"

I'll play around with it next month; we are going on a sailing vacation tomorrow am, I just needed to put Humpty Dumpty back together before little mama starting swinging.

Yeah, I was trying to find a place I could zip tie the connector, doing as you wrote, freeing up some slack. There's not much to grab ahold of.

Going to the Jeep dealership this am; if they have the clips in stock, I'll replace the ones I broke off and take some more pics. Broke off some clips on my rear fender climbing around, tying a tv down to the roof rack. Haha ... my wife just shakes her head most of the time!

To get around this, I turned that cable's bracket upside down and ran the cable over the ARB, behind the heat shield. It's tight with the heat shield though, this is where I am going to check sometime in the future., to make sure the sharp edge of the shield isn't digging into the cable (prolly...

Nice product, great customer support! Ran into a smallish issue with my install. The "Oxygen"(?) sensor cable was in the way. Very short cable, with little wiggle room, but think I made it work. Though with the heat shield, I'll pull my fender in 6 months or so and see if it's digging into...

Real cool fitment IMO. It's about as far out of the way as possible, yet still able to operate the Freedom Tops ... An external speaker has always been on my to do list; better half says my hearing sucks, so I always planned on hanging a speaker behind my head. Cheers, Adam PS for those...

I may need to add a separate external speaker, since the speaker is pointing away from people in the Jeep and it's mostly covered by the mounting bracket! ;-) Adam

Had to run off to work, project is unfinished, wifey is less than happy. I used your CB bar to hang a Midland 50w GRMS radio. The middle length bolts worked well mounting the Midland radio mounting frame to the CB bar. Only issue I had, your bolts were just a little bigger than the mounting...

Just installed this bar today. I am not sure of the original, but this thing is a beast of engineering design! Well done! Adam PS I'll post some pictures later this week with some gotchas ... best to learn from my mistakes, heck, I make a lot of them.
