    Tariffs & You...Plan Ahead

Howdy, Finally installing our new ARB fridge, I noted the Made in China sticker. Which then caused me to think, in case folks hadn’t thought about it yet... If you’re thinking about buying a lot of things...such ARB components made in China (like a Fridge)...and have been dragging your feet...

    Impact wrench

Current Cordless Impact Review Thought I'd find the oldest possible thread to revive that I could today:). I'd found this thread among the more valuable/constructive, as I was starting to casually research cordless impact wrenches a couple months ago. Read through it again today, Thought I'd...

    Jeep dogs!!!

Tigger, my dog, loves being with me, going places with me. The vehicle itself holds no real appeal. Now, this lunatic, my wife's dog Freyja, cannot get enough of the Jeep. If I open it to clean, as is case here, she’ll stay in till I shoo her out. If we open the rear gate, let go of the leash...

Why We Use Caution & Advanced Winching Technique

This was just shared over in one of my FB groups. No word as to outcome. Jeep crested the dune with a bit too much vigor, flipped it. Jeep owners seem to do this a half-dozen times a year. They're not alone though. There're plenty of quads, side-by-sides, and others that have their fair share...

    Weekend Exploration - Michigan

Howdy, This past weekend my wife, Kimberly and I, attended a group event Saturday. Sunday, we went off on our own to explore. We had some of the best guides/spotters at this event that I've had the opportunity to work with. As you all know, some folks are spotters. Some, well, they do their...

    Difference Between Currie JK-9704 & CE-9704?

Howdy, Looking at Currie's Currectlync Steering System... I must be missing it. What's the difference between JK-9704 and CE-9704? Both look exactly the same: price, pics, description. ? Thanks

    KC HiLiTES - Solid Company

We often hear about companies with which we have terrible experiences. A lot less often, do we hear of companies that perform above, beyond, what we have become accustomed to. Back in August, I bought a set of KC HiLiTES LED Gravity Pro headlights and matching driving lights. Loved em...

Looking For How-To Torque Draglink at Pitman Arm

Howdy, Would appreciate some insight. After the latest wheeling adventure Stitch's ('15 JKU Rubi) steering clearly loosened up a lot. With 50K miles, I'd already been seen signs of wear with bump-induced jiggling happening more often. After last weekend's adventures, it's suddenly happening...

    Sno*Blind 2018

Sno*Blind is held in the West Branch, Michigan, area. There's a lot of heavy logging in the area. Year-by-year, you never know if you'll encounter a thousand acre block of logged hills, later replanted. It's not pretty. It's a big reason why you don't go trail-blazing a field in the snow...

    Sno*Blind 2018

This year's annual Sno*Blind, put on by the Muchuggers 4WD Club has already come and gone. Like most events, you wait for registration to open with a bit of excitement. The event typically fills in 24-48 hours, so you need to be paying attention. Then comes 3 months of waiting. Suddenly...

What's in your Jeep tool kit?

Jeep Wheeling Bag Overdue for building a dedicated tool bag for wheeling, decided now's the time. Have discussed it with friends, reviewed different forums, and collected a bunch of inputs. I've thrown it into an Excel workbook you can download and play with. Filter by category, add/remove...

Man or a Woman - With a Mission!

Spotted in Jacksonville, Florida. Belong to anyone here? This is clearly a Jeep build for a specific mission. After discussing it with folks, we're not quite sure we know what that mission may be. However, it is fun to contemplate. See how many light bars you find (room for more?). Or hi-lift...

    CB antenna cable length

Recommended, are 3 ft. cable length increments. This is to match the radio's wavelengths. It's also why most common ready-made coax cable length for CBs in stores are 18'. You can visit manufacturer's sites, like Firestik, as well as CB World, and learn more than you care to if you wish.

    Wad of a FOB

Local dealer posted a number of pics, of the first JL they've had come in. The pic of the key fob is interesting: This looks to be very unfriendly for guys and pant-pockets. Add a house key or what-not to it (or even w/o other keys) and you've got one helluva wad to put in your pants. I...

    Heated LEDs or No?

Howdy, Lots of discussion around LED headlights and whether they need to be heated or not. I opted to go with unheated (KC HiLites). Worst case, I figured I'd be getting out to clear them off once in awhile...which I had to do on a rare occasion with halogens as well. If it's raining slush...

NEW VIDEO : HEART & SOUL - A Moab Vacation with the Engineers from Jeep [Part-2]

Just continue evolving as you are. Your specific 'mix' of video, music selection, editing, storylines, and narration, are a unique formula that draws so many to you, to the wayalife. The interviews were a key 'extra' ingredient that just helped sell this that much more effectively. I can watch...
