The last week of October when I picked up my 79' CJ-5. Pic is day two after getting it home. The restoration posts and videos for Calamity Jane were something I really connected with and was inspired by.

Since I bought the CJ, I have been pondering what color to paint it. I had narrowed it down to two colors... black and brown. The main reason is to me, those are the best colors to run with the Golden Eagle graphics. I really like the black because it looks really good in that package plus it...

Over the weekend, I test fit the new steering wheel. It gives room underneath but I still need room front to back, so the wheel isn't so close to me. What I really need is for the seats to go back more, so I will end up having to do the wheel well mod. I wanted to avoid it, but I won't be able...
