Finally peeled off the electrical tape and added the license plate delete. Probably only did it because a good friend gave me the LPD.

I like everything except the soft top.

I've been really happy with my new setup. Already had the top off several times this year. Only have about $100 invested at this point. I was looking for something easy to do by myself more than anything.

Buddy of mine gave me a hard top lift. So I bought a cheap electric hoist from Harbor Freight. I don't completely trust the brake on the hoist (being it is so cheap) so I ran a second line (blue line) for backup.

Question for anyone using the Harbor Freight or any electric hoist. Do you just hoist it up and not worry about it? or do you provide additional support after raising up? I assume the brake system is fine for holding the load, just curious on others thoughts. I plan on leaving my top on it...

Installed the WAL recommended JE Reel from driveshaft. Only got the 1310 being I don't wheel to hard and only have 35's. Pretty easy install. New next to old. Transfer case side. Have to remove the adapter plate from new shaft and install on t-case side. Than pretty basic install. Found...
