    Truck-Lite Question

Here are a couple pics of mine after having been on all day while driving in the snow. Other than this, I love them.

    Now a two Jeep family

Lockers, 4:1 low range, disconnecting swaybar. :-) And a host of other features that would have cost more to upgrade than to just buy another Jeep and take the hit on depreciation of the sport.

    Wire thru-port on passenger side?

Getting ready to install my wife's CB in her new JK. I know there is a nice port on the driver's side to run the power wire through, but that seems like a long distance to run the wire down the drivers side A-piller, then back across the engine compartment to the battery on the passenger side...

2017 Jeep JL Wrangler : What You Can Expect to See Besides IFS

There are a lot of Toyota pickups running around with independent front suspension that work just fine, but once they get modified into the "hard core" arena, they often get a solid front axle. The older Ford Rangers and a very long line of Ford pickups used a front suspension based on the...

A Micro-Jeep in the Works - Would you do it?

No sir, I don't like it. That drawing looks like a micro version of the recent Toyota FJ. Just put the Jeep hinges on the outside, shorten it, lower it, and cut the top off. This is brand dilution at it's best. Instead of building for the target market where the vehicles are expected to go off...

First Look at the 2015 Jeep Renegade - Yea or Nay?

It's interesting to think that it originated with this. The more I look at it, the more I realize it's not too far from that now either.

    CB antenna

There's bound to be a few ham radio operators in your area. I'd look to see if there is a local amateur radio club in your area that could help you out. Be careful though, next thing you know you will have your tech license and be looking for a place to put your second (or third) radio. :-)

    Budgeting for Enforcer. What else?

I'm beginning to create my budget and plan for an Evo Enforcer lift. I'll be getting the lift, shocks, and drag link flip kit. I'll be getting front and rear drivelines. Wheels and Tires of course. I'm starting with a stock 2013 JKUR. My experience in the past with buying lifts has always...

    Freezing Truck-Lites

Ran into this at Snoqualmie Pass this weekend It was right around 32F and snowing pretty well all day. Headlights were on the entire day. Note the turn signal and foglight are clean. I wonder if rain-x would help.
