    Vengeance, part III

Thanks, and though I will use it to the limits, and make minor changes here and there, I have a great respect for the story behind Vengeance, and plan to honor that and keep it together.

Damnit, I don't need any more of that kind of encouragement 🙄

    Doorless mirror solutions JL

I did that, but found it worse than no mirror at all, so I took them off. Turning and looking is fine, in something small, with top off, but with a good sized four door, a whole car can hide in the blind spot.

WELCOME to the All NEW WAYALIFE

👍👍👍 Thanks for the tip I'm liking the new system better all the time 👍 Can you make the signatures show in "normal" up and down mode? I hate browsing in landscape for some reason.

    Vengeance, part III

Thanks. What an awesome rig to wheel in. Some little things, like very poor steering angle to the left, but full to the stops to the right. It just gives me some things to work on and make further improvements to. Thanks. Too bad you couldn't join us. Looking forward to getting out with your...

    Hazards of Exploring Alone

That is the logical first thought, but for the given destination. That is why I think there may be more to it, but only the two involved know, and sadly one of them is not here to tell anyone. I also question things "reported" as very little checking of facts happens anymore.

ProRock 44 (Convential) or Stock Rubicon rework?

The right person with experience makes all the difference. Too bad the others didn't have enough sense to admit they didn't know the answer, and send you to someone who would be able to help.

    Hazards of Exploring Alone

What a shame. As one who has been to many remote places, many times alone, it pays to be prepared, but no amount of preparation can account for all possible sources of trouble. It is not clear in the article if they were hiking out due to the two flats, or if they were hiking to a pre...

    Doorless mirror solutions JL

How about the ones that fit in the door hinge hole? They are cheap, easy, and let you see just enough to navigate traffic.

WELCOME to the All NEW WAYALIFE

One thing I have noticed that I miss is each members "signature" on the bottom of their posts. While some didn't have one, many have a unique saying, their tig, or something cool that was memorable. Now I have only found it by clicking through to the member, and the "about" section.

    Vengeance, part III

It is the factory mount. My thought is to copy the way the high clearance long arm bracket mount, but it would have to be custom to fig the control arm length. When I get time, I will mick up something, then cycle everything to make sure it will clear in all positions, and then road test it...

What was done to your rig this week?

    Shhhhhhh!

    Vengeance, part III

Way stable. With the balance, stretch, low cog, it is very comfortable at angles you wouldn't believe. The downsides are break over angle, so climbing something that's too sharp on top, and the rear control arm shovel, I mean bracket. That bound me up several times today. I may look into...

What was done to your rig this week?

The 40s bug seems to be going around. They are the new 37s, you know.
