    Shower Thoughts

Good answer! I decided to ignore most of the noise that calls itself news. I listen to sports radio, and Jeep shit. My life is happier since I started doing that. I get more than my fill of "news" from the posts here,.

    Karnage Welder

Great review Fiend! I also picked up one of these, and I echo his review. A little practice with it will go a long ways, as I improved from pass to pass. Short bursts seem to help on thin stuff, with some grinding and clean up in between. The spool gun takes standard rolls of wire, so you...

    Random Photos

I could see it making sense for local delivery companies, and things like trash trucks and such. Basically anywhere that the trucks return to a fixed location nightly. One big hurdle even for that is the cost and availability of the required electrical service and charging systems. Once that...

    Having trouble getting parts?

Those look good. Now, the question is. Which Jeep gets to see better?

    Vengeance, part III

I'm a little late adding these, but here are some pics of last weekend running Mousetrap and Apple Crush with Don (Clearskies)

For those in need of rig upgrade ideas

I looked, then I even zoomed in, and try as I might, I could not find a single item that gave me an idea for an upgrade. Unless I'm mistaken, aren't upgrades supposed to make a Jeep more capable than it already is?

Excessive smoke on inclines or off camber obstacles

Perfect! I have only had it happen when the Jeep gets tired and has to lean over on something. I tell people it is resting and taking a smoke break before getting back to work🤣🤣

What did Brown Santa show up with today..

I wish I would have been able to pick mine up Before Moab, instead of after.

What did Brown Santa show up with today..

I gave mine a small test run, welding a fire extinguisher mount on my skid steer. It works good, though takes some practice as the wire speed is adjustable, but voltage is not. As Fiend says, good for trail repairs, but for projects I would use a regular welder. It probably would, but it...

New to Wayalife - trail ate my tires.

Welcome from SoCal. Miller is fun, with great views, and while not terribly challenging, still worth the drive. As for the Coopers, I still like mine, even though I loose an occasional chunk. They hook up as good as anything I have seen that's not a competition sticky.

    Help with Rubi Crawler

☝️This☝️ I remember the video lats year, where it was idle, or wide open, with little to no modulation in between. Work on solving that, but he likely needs to go to an Atlas to handle the power anyway. For what it's worth, that is how Vengeance is, and the 7.3 is way more useable than the...

    Vengeance, part III

Today I replaced the broken good latch, and drilled the grille for some bullet LED turn signals. Now to wire them up. I'm going to look for the outer wires, so I don't have to cut the harness to make them work.

    Drag Link won't unthread

I have had luck with using a long bar, 5 or 6 foot, prying down on the drag link as close as you can to the pitman arm. At the same time, hit the pitman arm from the side, while it is up against the limit of movement. I mean hit it, hard, with a Big F'ing Hammer. Have a friend hold the tension...

What was done to your rig this week?

Looks like there may be room to thread that fitting out, and put in a 90 degree fitting, then use a needle point on it.

What did Brown Santa show up with today..

I tend to think you will like how it wheels. Loosing the weight of the tire and carrier off of the back helps keep the front loaded in steep climbs. I have a Gatekeeper tire carrier, so it is inside, and just moving the weight forward makes a noticable difference.

What's your view like at work?

What's in the 30s, the wind, the temperature, or both🤣🤣 Wyoming wind is just a light breeze as long as it's under 30🤣🤣

    Anvil Jeep Build - Jetlau3

Nice look Dan. About time we got to see it topless 👍👍 Now if you could only find a deal on some summer doors. You could always get some cheap tube doors, and skin them later, for a project, while waiting for a deal to pop up on some good ones.

What did Brown Santa show up with today..

I guess it works back there, wheeling in designated parks. Worst case would be a shuttle run to the parking lot for a tire. Out west, it wouldn't be as easy in case of trouble. Looking forward to seeing where you take these👍
