    Leaking axle seals again

RCV's are lifetime warranty and made in Illinois. You can send them back to RCV and they would probably replace. Revolution seems to me to be a'supplier'. They dont manufacture. RCV manufacturers for lunatics like us who break shit.

    Winch Specifications

Most are. Tuff..., Smitty, Barricade, most you can name. It doesn't always mean that they are inferior. MY POINT is...more times than not someone will post a product on here, and gets slammed because someone will say...oh it's not " ", it's chinese. Most products we buy are assembled...

    Broken factory LCarm mount

More rust at bottom, because that is what is often hit and drags across rocks. I wish NOTHING was below the frame! Yes I think one or both lower welds let go while I was in Utah. Meaning I drove home to Pa with bracket unattached below the frame. Here are pics of it after painted. I dropped...

Can’t break my caliper bolts loose

I don't know what kind of ratchets you use, but My Snap on's that I have had for 30 years have taken plenty of dead blow hits to break loose a bolt and are still fine. I have not needed any heat to loosen any bolts on my JL. And someone new to wrenching, using a torch on your caliper mount is...

Can’t break my caliper bolts loose

Seems odd to me. I have had these bolts off. Using Shallow 1/2" drive socket with a descent wratchet...min 12" long, you could get a mini sledge and wack the wratchet until they break free. From your other posts you seem green to wrenching. No offense. I don't think you using a torch is a...

    Broken factory LCarm mount

Bracket welded up. Drives like it did when I bought it now. Once I get welds grinded and painted I'll post pics. Here are pictures of driver side for reference. All welds good and bracket not too deformed...yet. Here are pics after beating bracket lower ears enough to get them to mate to...

    JL turn signal LED flasher

Good morning folks, I am putting on Artec fender brackets which have LED' lights in place of my stock fender marker/turn signal lights. Me thinks the OEM flasher will not work, because my Jeep has all incandescent lamps. Have any of you gone through this. There are many LED flashers out there...

    Service 4WD light

Well, it is official. I hate the new JL. All this electronic bs they put on these things to appease the idiots. As we know, transfer case is mechanical so you CAN get it in 4H or 4L no matter what. However, if the indicator lights on your dash where it shows 2H 4H 4L, do not light up when in...

After dark off roading in Moab

Could any of you make a suggestion on a leisurely trail after dark? My wife and I got into Moab late this morning, and by the time we swapped on the big tires, set up house, went grocery shopping and cooking food...then eating, we would like to get out and enjoy a trail. No crawling or...

Handheld CB radios... worth the money or just a waste of time?

I have Eddies bar with the Classic Cobra and it is great. Just my two cents, but only hand held radios I have found to be worth a shit are the Motorola's . I work in multi floor buildings often and they are only radios that work proper. Granted they are $$$. My set is over $600.00.

    Adjustable ball joints JL

I received this picture from person who was out on trail with us. As usual pic doesn't do justice. Grade was much greater. Getting in and out of Jeep actually a struggle.

Does anyone wheel their 2.0L etorque JLUR?

Bottom picture, you can see with heat wrap pulled back, flat spot from exhaust. There is a pin hole. I removed the muffler, got the pipe secured back to where it belongs and removed the 5" 15mm heater hose that couples the metal tubing. I plan to cut the tubing before the offset closer to...
