You could drive down tomorrow night, I believe they have camping. Besides it'd be good for your mental health and fitness...

The Maintaining and Building of Jan the WJ

I did some cutting last night, here's how it looks this morning: I'm still a little worried about the fog light, especially on the driver's side. The bulb was burnt out anyway and there's moisture in the housing so I just pulled the bulb and zip tied the wires back into the bumper for now...

I just realized you have different stock fog lights than I do... maybe that's why mine seem closer than yours. I'll get a look from the inside without the inner fender later... (and stop cluttering up your build thread lol)

Looked up this: Looks like there'll be plenty to do. How extreme are you wanting to get? Your rig will be more capable than mine (is any one else you know coming?), but it looks like there's some good intermediate stuff with extreme off-shoots in that 5/10 section.

Well, here's how she's sitting now: Looks like I'll have to do a little trimming after all... Added some horsepower to help with the larger tires too :brows:

    Hi Lift Jack

Nice! They're also good for popping tire beads for repairs.

    Hi Lift Jack

^^ Also good advice. Or use the stock scissor jack with a 4x4 block of wood. Heck you could even keep the Hi-Lift on the back just for looks :)

Lube it more and/or keep it indoors? Never had this problem with mine.

That is pretty cool. Best I was able to get @ 96% coverage with a smart phone and a welding hood:

Winch? Do all cheap winches not free spool?

Warn is always a good winch choice. That being said, I have a Superwinch that free spools just fine. I've only used it a handful of times and take good care of it though. I will be upgrading to a Warn in the future, but I'm not in a real hurry since I only use it a handful of times per year.

In my backyard: (black widow) In my JEEP! (brown recluse) That little guy actually managed to bite me before I found him too.

    Bike carrier options

If you get one like this... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002Z9O8C/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ...it has a bolt and insert instead of a pin. Takes a lot of the wobble away. NOT tow rated, but works great with my 4-bike hitch mount Thule. This is before I put a new spare...

Spacers on: Before After Before After Unfortunately didn't fix the rubbing/moaning sound. Thinking it may be the lower control arms now. It's driving great though and only makes the sound when cornering hard (think u-turn).
