Ok so I set my pinion angle which was 10 or 11 degrees and mount the bracket off that correct?

Help.... So with the D60 i had to grind out the rear brackets to fit the tube. When I set the bracket in the notch its seems like it is angled back to far 20 degree with the pinion set at 0 ? Picture 1. Or should I set the bracket 90 degrees from pinion like picture 2?

Been there done that they'll tell you five months and then at the 5-month mark it'll be another two months. Good luck but If I were you look into Dana, Currie, or Fusion if time is a issue. Also I would say 3 to 3500 for your axles is a good price.

The rear is a PITA. Rear brackets on, gas tank back in. Ugggg I'm over it and still need to knock out axle brackets. My welding isn't the greatest but getting better.

Yeah, I got a lot of the wind noise out with adjustments and running a small piece of weather strip across the header to the point it doesn’t bother me anymore. I have dents in the frame and wants to replace it now.
