The con to the power plant could be that it is in fact an all in one unit. IF the winch were to stop working you need to get another power plant or a winch & OBA. If you were to get two separate units, one craps out you just have to replace the one unit not both.

I'm selling my spidertrax 1.5" wheel spacers (4 total). There isn't anything wrong with them, I switched to slabs and no longer need the spacers. They were on my jeep for about 5 months. $120 plus shipping, if they will fit in a flat rate box I will go that route to help save you money.
