LEFT LANE VIGILANTES - They Drive Me CRAZY

I see your point. I tend to stay out of that lane. The 15 and 163 freeways here split so if I choose 163, I end up in the left lane but I work to get out of it and get to the slower lanes to the right. I drive 65 to 70 so I stay out of the left lanes.

RHD drag link to be used on JKU to replace flip drag link on LHD

I just ordered a new one but I didn't realize it was feasible for a $65 part. I'll see if I can find a drillbit small enough. Worth considering. Thank you.

RHD drag link to be used on JKU to replace flip drag link on LHD

I thought about that. I just didn't want to keep doing this every 2 yrs if I can find a greaseable one. I'll probably just order one and perhaps some suspension changes will come up before it wears out.

RHD drag link to be used on JKU to replace flip drag link on LHD

I purchased a EVO lift and the drag link flip kit and it only lasted two years before the bushing destroyed(No off-roading done on lift). EVO doesn't sell the replacement part and I don't think I should have to pay $200+ for a new kit. If I buy a RHD drag link is there one that is greasable...

    Auto or Manual

I drove a manual truck for 10 years before getting my first Jeep. I chose automatic so that I don't have to worry about shifting while trying to get through a rut or climbing a rocky trail. Was it fun driving a stick? Yes! It was fun until I started working dayshift then I was on the roads with...

What was done to your rig this week?

I admit that I am limited when it comes to installs but I installed my ICOM 2730 HAM radio in my Jeep. Another Jeeper ran the wires through the firewall for me and that was it. I connected everything, it powered up and I buttoned everything up. I think it’s clean, only one hole was drilled and...

Handheld CB radios... worth the money or just a waste of time?

Just seems like one more thing to forget at home or loose. If you don't need all the bells and whistles like bluetooth on a CB, you can get one for under $100 as someone posted. I have the small cobras that cost under $100 installed down low and it's there for communications. I put the mike...
