So you know it originated with desert thumping, correct?. My guess would be sand is getting into electronics, you have more pinched wires, or something (wire harness) is just loose enough to act up when desert thumping. I may be way off base here but that's my estimated guess! Hoping you figure...

I did receive all harnesses needed although I will not need them because I have the LED lighting upgrade. Oh and the bumper reverse lights are in the future!
