Dang Eddie, I don't even know where to start.. My memory is crap, but did you have the PCM, 0r ECM reflashed? Or even replaced? I am really hoping you just get lucky and happen by accident to stumble Apon the root of all of your problems.

I checked and radiator was clear.

That was just the primer, After painting it..... I hated the shine it had, So I let it cure for a couple of hours I sprayed it with bed liner. like it this way! oh and lesson learned, remove grill to paint!!

I did the prep work, yea was nice out so wasn't in any hurry. But this morning I pulled the grill to finish it up!

Well got a good start on painting the grill black! I'll finish it up tomorrow.

Well got around to painting the grey hinges black. I like how they break up the solid grey side.

I think I'm going to paint the rest of the hinges black!

Planning on 37". still trying to decide which brand.
