Think it was from all the Moab mud packed up in it from Friday, can still see some mud packed around it. Like sand paper.

I’m willing to bet your transfer case position sensor has gone bad or came loose. It’s positioned on top of the tcase and you can reach it without removing anything. Reach up there and see if it backed out.

We offer Revolution and RCV for the single solid shaft. But as mentioned, the two piece shafts have held up just fine.
