Friday night I found this restaurant by mistake in Toyama Japan. I was originally looking for a different noodle house. This is ItoSho Motu noodle stew 糸庄 本店 Udon noodles cooked and served in a clay pot. Apparently they have been in the Michelin guide. I did not know this until I walked in.
