Just saw this on my local animal shelter's Facebook page. Apparently it had been flying around with this arrow in its neck and a good samaritan caught it and brought it in.

There are some holes in the rear crossmember that you could use but they would require some large washers since the hold are pretty big and oval. I chose to drill new holes and tap them with threads so I could just screw the lights in instead of trying to get a nut on the inside of the crossmember.
