    Jabberjaw

Looks great! For what scenarios do you notice the most benefit? Is there much benefit on normal (semi-rough) streets?

    Is my rear axle bent?

Ok, maybe I did not know. 😞

    Is my rear axle bent?

Maybe the tube welds were never oil-proof from the factory and the differential seals need replacing?

Moab is totally full. It would be difficult to find anything worthwhile to own anywhere near there.

SPOTTED: Any 4X4 other than a Jeep JK/JL Wrangler

I encountered this Inneos Grenadier, which is perhaps a competitor with the Wrangler in some respects given front+rear lockers and a very capable suspension. Some of its design is very good, but some is kind of weird.

SPOTTED: Any 4X4 other than a Jeep JK/JL Wrangler

For Toyota fans, this Toyota Land Cruiser appears to be in impeccable condition. It is a real shame that the owner parks it outside.

WHO'S WINNING : Jeep vs Bronco

I forgot that on one trip-both of our visors fell off, and Jeep never did a recall for this common problem. It was out of warranty and my guess is that an extended warranty would have missed mentioning the visors. And my Jeep spent perhaps a cumulative 2 months in the parking lot at the...

    MEGA DRIVE 2025

Pack rats are the worst. In the mountains of Arizona it looks like there are a lot of broken down vehicles because most cars left outside have their hoods up. How could something so cute be such a terror?

Bought a new '24 Gladiator Sport - and a technical question

Perhaps your Jeep needs more exercise. In my experience it is ok to shift in and out of 4WD at 55 mph. Perhaps it is not wise under high-torque situations. Since there is concern, and you have a warranty, exercise the mechanism a lot to see if any issues result.

WHO'S WINNING : Jeep vs Bronco

As far as I can tell, they are no less reliable than the average vehicle. Other than an early freak battery failure (thankfully noticed in the garage at the start of a 2000 mile trip), my Jeep has been reliable for over 6 years. But my mom warned me that jeeps are very unreliable. 😄

What is your favorite part of your Jeep?

I like my Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Oh, and the LoD Destroyers sliders are great too! 😄

BEST Internet Expert Advice I've Been Given

When looking at product reviews I notice that many negative reviews are by people who failed to read the instructions that came with the product, or otherwise did not know what they were doing. YouTube comments seem similar.

Huge wave from Hill Country TX

The Jeep should definitely be moving slowly when switching to/from 4WD. Otherwise parts which need to mesh with each other (find their happy place) are being jammed.
