Had a busy couple of days. Replaced a cracked drivers side exhaust manifold. The Dorman replacements had mixed reviews, so I found a Omix-ada branded one and it seemed to have good casting quality, so we'll see if it lasts. One bolt was broken before I started (of course the furthest one back with the firewall in the way) l, but I was able to get it extracted after borrowing a 90 degree drill.
Also replaced spark plugs and wires. It was a used Jeep, so I don't know the last time they were done. The old plugs had gaps between .010 and .030 wider than they were supposed to be. They were a little white also, so I need to track down a possible air leak. For now, it runs a lot better and quieter than before.
