Since Biden gave him a Presidential Pardon, Fauci has two choices.

1.) He can accept the pardon and admit guilt and give a full disclosure of his crimes.

Or,

2.) Not accept Presidential Pardon and still be liable for all crimes committed in the time frame.

It's a double edged dagger, if he accepts the Pardon he's open to civil cases.
If he refuses the Pardon he's open to Federal prosecution.

Biden did no one any favors by doing what he did.

I've always suspected it was not Biden that did this because of his mental inabilities, but someone who does not understand the pardon nor did they consult lawyers before and doing the auto-pen signature blanket pardons.
I hope the states go after him and he spends the rest of his life in jail
